Any native-ETH Uniswap v4 pool on Robinhood Chain can be a candidate (USDG-side pools: planned v1.1). Votes this epoch decide where the next pot streams.

Active liquidity is an estimate from getLiquidity at the current price, within ±1% of it. Candidates are never removed; at most 64.

Add a pool

Rules, enforced by the contract. You must have at least 1,000,000 $VANE locked (0.1% of supply, anti-spam, no admin). The pool must be initialized on Uniswap v4 and its currency0 must be native ETH (address 0x0). Pools with the other token on the ETH side, or USDG-side pools like NVDA / USDG, are not valid in v1. No duplicates, 64 candidates max, nothing is ever removed.
